Learn about the life changing work done at The Art Studios, a Vancouver Coastal Health Community Mental Health & Addictions Program, that uses the creation of art as therapy. Occupational Therapist/Art Instructor Ann Webborn & Cate Curtis, Curator of the concurrent exhibition Change is the Constant, discuss the history & programs of the Art Studios & the therapeutic benefits of creating art, alongside a screening of the Vancouver Recovery Through Art Society's short film “Creating Recovery”.
