REMIXING: Artists Exploring the Elements

Mixed media abstract works inspired & influenced by the natural elements by artists exploring the elements of the media they are using.
Veteran North Shore artist Monica Gewurz applies thick layers of acrylic paint & other mediums with brush & pallet knife to create almost 3-D paintings inspired by water, earth & fire.
Graphic designer/artist David Pacholko's work, inspired by the natural landscape of Canada & Laurentian pencil crayons, explores colour & light using textured acrylic paint & mixed media.
MB Way, artistic duo Mariana Sola & Bonnie Santas, work together with resin, acrylics, inks & even fire to mimic the west coast landscape.

Opening Reception Tuesday November 27, 6-8pm.
