Singing By The Sea

Singing by the Sea is a free community initiative that offers the public the opportunity to sing along the waterfront beside the Silk Purse Arts Centre with an impromptu choir led by a professional coach for a 1.5 hour session, Tuesday evenings in July.

We are excited to partner with choral director & professional musician Sandi Melody to unite our community through song! A unique themed sing-a-long will be featured each evening with fun exercises teaching technique & basic ear training to help singers gain confidence quickly & "discover" or "recover" their voices, while experiencing the social, emotional & physical benefits of singing in a group. Sandi’s motto is, "If you can speak, you can sing!"
